Adult''s Social Workers, Review Team, East Riding of Yorkshire Pay rate £31.13 per hour Contract roles, County wide, Beverley, Scarborough, Goole, Bridlington, Hull Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult''s Social Worker in the East Riding of Yorkshire The Review Team undertakes reviews for people who are living in residential care settings, the focus will be to undertake proportionate reviews to ensure residents are contacted in a timely manner to ensure their care needs are being met safely and appropriately. The role works within the Review Team, and closely with the Contract and Quality Assurance Team and Safeguarding Adults Hub. A minimum of 2 years'' experience working as a qualified social worker in Adult Social Care and experience of undertaking Care Act 2014 reviews and completing care and support plans is essential. A working knowledge of both Safeguarding and DoLS legislation is required. The role of Social Worker must be able to work with Adults as an autonomous professional, demonstrating expert and effective practice in complex situations. This will include supporting the team to undertake dynamic Care Act (2014) proportionate reviews, updating support plans and risk assessments including financial conversations if there is any debt accruing associated with their care fees for Adult''s funded by East Riding of Yorkshire Council using a strengths-based approach to ensure that the care provided continues to meet people''s needs.
