      <description>Location: Beverley | Salary: 31.13-31.13 Hourly | Type: Contract | Adult''s Social Workers, 1-1 Project, East Riding of Yorkshire Pay rate - £31.13 per hour Contract role, 1-1 Project, Beverley Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult''s Social Workers in the East Riding of Yorkshire The 1-1 Project will support people living in a residential care home setting. The focus will be to support the safety and wellbeing of the residents and to ensure that any 1-1 hours are proportionate and evidenced to support the least restrictive care provision for the resident. The role works closely with the Review Team, Contract and Quality Assurance and Commissioning Teams. A working knowledge of both Safeguarding and DoLS legislation is required. Minimum of 2 years'' experience working as a qualified social worker in Adult Social Care and experience of undertaking Care Act 2014 care and support assessments and completing care and support plans is essential. The role of Social Worker must be able to work with Adults as an autonomous professional, demonstrating expert and effective practice in complex situations.
