The focus will be to support the safety and wellbeing of the residents and to ensure that any 1-1 hours are proportionate and evidenced to support the least restrictive care provision for the resident. The role works closely with the Review Team, Contract and Quality Assurance and Commissioning Teams. A working knowledge of both Safeguarding and DoLS legislation is required.
