The Waiting Well Team plays a crucial role in managing waiting lists, undertaking risk assessments, and ensuring vulnerable residents receive timely support while waiting for longer-term services. Key Responsibilities Manage and review cases for individuals awaiting intervention across front-line adult social care services.
