      <description>Location: Brent | Salary: &amp;pound;32/hour | Type: Temporary | Our client Brent Council is looking for an Adults Social Worker to join their Review team.  1) Proven experience using Mosaic case management system  2) Strong background in managing complex social care cases   3) In depth understanding of the Care Act 2014 and its statutory requirement including eligibility, assessment and care planning   4) Demonstrated ability to carry out person- centred assessments   Job Purpose:     As a Social Worker you will be carrying out the full spectrum of statutory responsibilities under the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and other related laws and policies.
