Our Client, Salford Council, is seeking an Adult''s Social Worker to join their Review Team.This is a Hybrid Working Role!Fantastic payrate of £30 per hour!Are you an Adults Social Worker in the Greater Manchester area, passionate about making a difference in your community? Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity!Responsibilities of this role: Regularly reviewing existing care packages to ensure they still meet the individual''s identified needs and that outcomes are being achieved.Conducting new assessments if an individual''s needs have changed, such as after a hospital stay or when their condition improves or deteriorates.Assessing the needs of carers to ensure they are supported in their caring role.
