Adult''s Social Worker, Mental Health Team, West London Pay rate £32 per hour Contract role, Mental Health Team Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult''s Social Worker in West London This is to work in a Mental Health Team in Ealing. We are seeking experienced Social Workers to work in the Mental Health Social Care Team for the London Borough of Ealing. The service is made up of a number of teams and is responsible under the Care Act for assessing and reviewing the social care needs of adults within Ealing who have primary mental health needs. This includes creating person centred, strengths based support plans, and undertaking ,capacity assessments under the Mental Capacity Act, Completing, Social Circumstances Tribunal reports and undertaking the role of a Social Supervision for conditionally discharged s37/41 patients . Successful candidates will have a solid understanding of the legal frameworks of the Care Act (2014) the Mental Capacity Act 2005), the Mental Health Act) and the Human Rights Act(1998)-, can demonstrate professional curiosity, and an ability to work in a strength based way to ensure the best outcomes for residents Ealing with mental health needs. Experience with the Court of Protection Schedule 21A challenges, will be considered in the recruitment process.
