Adults Social Worker - Learning Disabilities

Our client Cambridgeshire county council is looking for an Adults Social Worker to join their Learning Disabilities team.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete Care Act 2014 assessments, including complex and high-cost care packagesUndertake timely reviews following changes in individuals'' needs or circumstancesDeliver a minimum of two completed and recorded assessments per weekCarry out face-to-face assessments and reviewsActively involve advocates, carers, and familiesAnalyse and evaluate care and support arrangementsWork closely with brokerage and contracts colleaguesEnsure care packages maximise independence and wellbeingMaintain accurate and defensible recordsEssential RequirementsQualified Social Worker with Social Work England registrationExperience with Learning Disabilities/AutismKnowledge of Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity ActExperience reviewing complex care packagesAccess to own vehicle is essentialBenefits of working with RemedyA personal one-one service from your highly experienced dedicated consultant.Top tier supplier across London giving us first access to jobsReferral bonus - up to £250 per person placed.Double payrolls each week.
