Adult''s Social Worker, Assistant Team Manager, Reablement and Mental Health Team, North Tyneside Pay rate to £29.70 per hour Contract role, Reablement and Mental Health Team Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult''s Social Worker in North Tyneside OverviewAs Assistant Team Manager, you will support the Team Manager in the operational leadership and performance management of the Mental Health Social Work and Reablement Team. Oversee assessment, review, and care planning functions to ensure efficient, effective service delivery. Drive quality standards and monitor performance to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and service priorities. Act as a key interface between frontline teams and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and collaborative problem-solving. Provide structured supervision and guidance to Social Workers and Reablement Workers, promoting best practice and continuous improvement. Lead on safeguarding processes, chairing meetings and ensuring timely interventions. Deputise for the Team Manager and provide cross-cover for the Advanced Practitioner as required. Manage caseloads using allocation and prioritisation tools, ensuring timely, proportionate responses Key ResponsibilitiesProvide regular professional supervision, ensuring adherence to statutory duties and organisational standards.
