The team is based at Twickenham Civic Centre and we are hybrid working. The role will be to support the Team Manager in managing and leading the team, ensuring the delivery of a high quality, effective and efficient, person centred, strength-based service for adults in the LB of Richmond and their carers. This will involve supervision of Social Workers and Social Care Assessors within the team and also acting as a Safeguarding Adults Manager (SAM) for S42 enquiries, and managing Duty on a rota basis.
