Adult''s Social Worker, Advanced Mental Health Practitioner, Middlesbrough Pay rate to £39.30 per hour Contract role, AMPH Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Adult''s Social Worker in Middlesbrough We are looking for a qualified AMHP social worker in adult social care who will be contributing to the provision of an effective mental health social work service, which strives to improve the lives of the residents of Middlesbrough. You will participate on the duty AMHP rota and also hold a small caseload, completing personalised assessments, clearly identifying needs whilst considering the context that the adult lives in and listening to their voice. You will then plan to help them meet their needs by looking at informal and community based support in addition to providing statutory services to meet their needs. You will also work with adults to safeguard them against abuse and neglect. There is plenty of hybrid working available.
