Adults Social Care Assistant

This role has a starting salary of 31,659 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week. This is an exciting opportunity for people who want to support residents, carers and families while helping to embed a modern, strengths-based approach to social care.Your contractual base will either be Victoria Gate, Chobham Road, Woking, GU21 6JD or The Ashford Centre, Stanwell Road, Ashford, Middlesex, TW15 3DU.
