Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload within a community adult social work setting. Undertake Care Act Assessments, reviews and support planning. Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decision-making. Lead and contribute to Adult Safeguarding enquiries, including Section 42 investigations. Undertake Section 117 reviews and contribute to multi-agency planning. Work collaboratively with health professionals, providers, families and partner agencies.
