Adult''s Senior Social Worker, Community Team, West London Pay rate to £38 per hour Contract role, Community Adult Social Care Team Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult''s Social Worker in West London This to work in a Community Adult Social Care Team in the Uxbridge area. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload within a community adult social work setting. Undertake Care Act Assessments, reviews and support planning. Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decision-making. Lead and contribute to Adult Safeguarding enquiries, including Section 42 investigations. Undertake Section 117 reviews and contribute to multi-agency planning. Work collaboratively with health professionals, providers, families and partner agencies. Promote independence, strengths-based practice and positive outcomes for residents. There is plenty of hybrid working available. Please get in touch for more information.
