We have a great opportunity to join our Connect to Community (C2C) East Mental Health/LDA team as a Senior Social Care Assistant. The C2C East Mental / LD&A Team is a friendly and supportive team with a high level of experience working within mental health and LD&A social care. We work closely with our colleagues in the longer-term teams for both MH and LD&A teams, as well as with our NHS partners such as GPs and Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Successful candidates can preference their work base within Connect to Community as either: Pippbrook, Dorking Dakota, Weybridge Woodhatch Place, Reigate We support hybrid working with the right balance. We come together in person for 2 days per week on average (40% of the working week) and support working from home the rest of the time.
