Adults Senior Social Care Assistant

This permanent role has a starting salary of 34,660 per annum based on a 36-hour working week. We have a great opportunity to join our Connect to Community (C2C) East Mental Health/LDA team as a Senior Social Care Assistant. The C2C East Mental / LDandA Team is a friendly and supportive team with a high level of experience working within mental health and LDandA social care. We work closely with our colleagues in the longer-term teams for both MH and LDandA teams, as well as with our NHS partners such as GPs and Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Successful candidates can preference their work base within Connect to Community as either: Pippbrook, DorkingDakota, WeybridgeWoodhatch Place, Reigate We support hybrid working with the right balance. We come together in person for 2 days per week on average (40% of the working week) and support working from home the rest of the time.
