      <description>Location: Knowsley | Salary: &amp;pound;36.82/hour | Type: Temporary | Our client Knowsley Borough Council is looking for an Adults Senior Practitioner to join their Community team.   Job Purpose   To provide high-quality, strengths-based social work practice to adults, their families and carers within a community setting. The Senior Practitioner will manage complex and high-risk cases, undertake assessments and reviews, develop person-centred care and support plans, and promote independence, wellbeing, choice and control.  The postholder will also provide professional support, advice and practice guidance to social workers and other members of the multidisciplinary team, contributing to the continuous improvement of social work practice and service delivery.
