This is an excellent opportunity to work within a recovery-focused service supporting adults with complex mental health needs. 28.40 Umbrella ( 20.74 PAYE) Locum ContractKey ResponsibilitiesUndertake Care Act assessments, reviews and support planning.Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decisions.Manage complex caseloads within Adult Mental Health Services.Complete and review Section 117 aftercare arrangements.Work within a busy duty system, responding to urgent referrals and safeguarding concerns.Undertake risk assessments and risk management planning.Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, including health professionals and partner agencies.Promote recovery-focused interventions to support positive outcomes for service users.RequirementsSocial Work England registration.Extensive experience of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Care Act.Experience working with adults receiving secondary mental health services.Strong risk assessment and risk management experience.Experience completing Section 1...
