Adults Social Worker - Integrated Network Team Bridgend Agency Initial 3 month contract Full time preferred Up to £35.32 per hour Hybrid working - 2 days home / 3 days on site Bridgend Council is looking for an experienced Adults Social Worker to join their East and West Integrated Network Teams on initial 3 month contracts. Full-time candidate required but happy to receive applications from those considering part time. The East is based at Glanrhyd Hospital, Bridgend. You will be working as part of a well-established multi-disciplinary team supporting adults aged 18+ with frailty, long-term conditions, disabilities and often additional mental health or emotional wellbeing needs.
