Adults Advanced Practitioner- MASH

Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity!Responsibilities of this role:Provide advanced social work expertise within the Adult MASH service, supporting complex safeguarding cases and high-risk situations.Lead on the screening, triage and decision-making of safeguarding concerns and referrals.Undertake complex assessments, safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments for adults at risk.Offer guidance, support and informal supervision to Social Workers and less experienced team members.Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners, including Police, Health, Housing and Legal Services.Apply expert knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Human Rights Act and safeguarding legislation.Chair and contribute to strategy discussions, safeguarding meetings and multi-agency forums where appropriate.Provide professional challenge and support effective risk management and safeguarding planning.Promote and embed strengths-based, person-centred practice across the service.Monitor and support the quality of practice, ensuring compliance with statutory duties, policies and procedures.Assist Team Managers with mentoring, performance development and practice improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate, timely and high-quality case records and ..... full job details .....
