Leadership and Supervision: Support, guide, and mentor social workers, assessment officers, and review staff.Assessments and Reviews: Oversee and conduct complex Care Act assessments, manage support planning, and evaluate the suitability of commissioned care packages. Multi-Agency Collaboration: Represent adult social care alongside health professionals, managing funding pathways and integrated care needsSafeguarding- Undertaking s42 enquiries and leading on strategy discussion, provide advice and guidance to staff.
