About the Role As an Advanced Social Work Practitioner, you will provide professional leadership within the team, supporting high-quality strengths-based practice while ensuring statutory responsibilities are met. You will undertake complex assessments, support safeguarding enquiries, and work collaboratively with health and social care partners to deliver person-centred interventions. Alongside casework responsibilities, you will support the development of less experienced practitioners and assist the Team Manager in driving service improvement and practice excellence.
