Adult's & Children's Transformation Programme Manager

My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Adults & Children''s Social Care Transformation Programme Manager on a Contract basis.

The role will work across both the Adult''s and Children''s Transformation portfolio to lead on several projects.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• You will work across both the ASC and CSC transformation portfolios and will operate from the Corporate PMO supporting both directorate DMTs.
• Lead organisational redesign and transformational projects and programmes and be responsible for realising the identified programme benefits.
• Lead on and effectively manage multi-disciplinary and multiple project teams to deliver organisational and cultural change across the Council.

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in Transformation Programme Management.
• Strong, demonstrable experience in project management of Adult''s and Children''s Social Care projects.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills.
• Prince2 / Agile methodologies are highly desired.

What''s on offer:

• Salary: -700 per day, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience
