Adult Support Worker

Our client is seeking Adult Support Workers for temporary positions within residential settings across the BN15 area in West Sussex. The role offers flexible shift patterns including long-day shifts, night shifts, and part-time or full-time options, with an hourly rate starting at £13.68 and increasing based on the shifts you''re allocated. Support adults with learning difficulties and autism in a residential care environment Flexible shift patterns: long-day, night shifts, part-time and full-time hours available Hourly rate from £13.68, with increases depending on shift allocation Preferred Requirements Proven experience working with adults with learning difficulties and autism Ability to provide compassionate, person-centred support in a residential setting Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with service users Flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including nights and long-day shifts A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing and independence of the people you support Preferred Qualifications Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, or equivalent experience Current DBS clearance or willingness to undergo DBS screening First Aid at Work or Health and Safety First Aid certification is desirable ..... full job details .....
