Support Worker

Support worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

Dudley

-1314 per hour-

We are currently recruiting a Support worker on behalf of a reputable company providing care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.

As a support worker you will;

-Provide emotional and physical support for the individual
-Organise and assist the clients with activities, shopping and accessing public transport
-Administer medication
-Build a positive rapport with liaising family and health care professionals

To be successful in this role you will;

  • Ideally have some experience in a care setting
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have a passion for supporting individuals to live the best possible lives
  • Be flexible, compassionate, caring and respectful.
