      <description>Location: Norfolk | Salary: &amp;pound;35/hour | Type: Temporary | Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced  Adult Social Worker  to join a hospital-based team at  Norfolk &amp; Norwich University Hospital .   Location:  Norfolk &amp; Norwich University Hospital, NR4 7UY   Pay Rate:  -35 per hour   Contract:  6 months   Start Date:  ASAP   End Date:  31 March 2027   Working Pattern:  Full-time   Travel:  The role is hospital-based and will entail travel.   About the Role   This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Adult Social Worker to work within a dedicated hospital team supporting adults during inpatient stays.  You will work closely with health and social care professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team, helping to facilitate  safe and timely hospital discharges  and ensuring individuals receive the right support at the right time.
