Social Worker (Adults) South Team Employer: Trafford Council Location: Altrincham Health and Wellbeing Centre, WA14 1PE Join Trafford where innovation, collaboration, and care come first. We re looking for an experienced, motivated Social Worker to join our Adults South Team. You ll work with adults with diverse care and support needs, carrying out strengths-based, person-centred assessments and interventions.
