Job Role: Adult Social Care Tutor / Assessor Location: Hybrid - South West (Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Southampton - travel required) Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent, full-time Role Overview We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Adult Social Care Tutor / Assessor to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Adult Social Care qualifications up to Level 5. This hybrid role combines remote delivery with face-to-face learner support, requiring travel across the South West region. As an Adult Social Care Tutor / Assessor, you will support learners throughout their qualification journey, ensuring they develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed within the adult social care sector. The role is ideal for either a qualified assessor or an experienced care professional looking to transition into training, with full support available to achieve relevant teaching and assessing qualifications where required. Key Responsibilities Teaching, Learning and Assessment Deliver and assess Adult Social Care qualifications up to Level 5 Plan and deliver engaging sessions using blended learning methods Adapt delivery to meet individual learner needs and abilities Support learners to develop sector-specific knowledge, skills and behaviours Learner Support and Progression Carry out initial assessments and develop individual learning plans Provide regular feedback, coaching and guidance to support progress ..... full job details .....
