About the Role As an Adult Service Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of a defined adult service. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding support that is tailored to individual needs and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes for the people we support. You will play a key role in developing innovative services that encourage personal growth, independence, and community participation, while ensuring services remain compliant with statutory, regulatory, and commissioning requirements. As a member of the Operational Management Group, you will report to a member of the Senior Management Team and work collaboratively with colleagues across Adult Services to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
