Adult Registered Manager

Our client is seeking an Adult Registered Manager to lead their care operations on a permanent basis. This is a Level 5 registered management position offering a salary of £36,000 to £38,000, with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based bonus. • Lead and manage adult care services with full responsibility for regulatory compliance and quality standards
• £36,000 to £38,000 plus performance-related bonus

• Current Level 5 registration as a Registered Manager with the relevant regulatory body
• Proven experience managing adult care services in a regulated healthcare or social services setting
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate a care team
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, regulators, and partner organisations

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification
• Relevant professional registration (nursing, social work, or allied health background)
• Recent training or certification in health and social care management or leadership
