Job Title: Adult Nurse Lead Organisation: Verity Healthcare Limited Location: London Field-Based Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Reporting To: Director of Quality and Compliance / Senior Management Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience On-Call: Participation in clinical telephone support rota as required Role Purpose Verity Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Adult Nurse Lead to provide clinical leadership across our adult complex care and community services. The postholder will oversee clinical assessments, care planning, risk management, staff competency, supervision, incident management and quality assurance to ensure adults receive safe, effective and person-centred care. Key Responsibilities Undertake initial and ongoing nursing assessments. Develop and review person-centred care plans, clinical protocols and risk assessments. Monitor changes in health condition and ensure timely escalation. Support hospital discharge and transitions of care. Provide clinical oversight for complex care packages. Review medication, safeguarding and clinical incidents. Lead or contribute to investigations and improvement actions. Undertake clinical audits and monitor quality standards. Ensure clinical records are accurate, current and auditable. Support compliance with CQC, commissioner and organisational requirements.
