The post holder will take lead responsibility for the management and delivery of High Trees adult learning and community education provision, ensuring highquality, accessible and impactful learning for local residents. Working closely with the Head of Adult Learning, Skills and Employment, the post holder will oversee the operational delivery of our Adult Education Budget (AEB/ASF) funded provision and wider community learning offer, including functional skills (English, Maths and ICT), ESOL, community wellbeing, family learning and selected vocational courses. This is a hands-on management role that combines operational oversight with a strong focus on quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
