We are recruiting PIP & WCA Functional Assessors in Salisbury, offering Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm working, hybrid flexibility, fully paid training and excellent career progression.

The Role:

• PIP: £40,000 + £1,000 increases after 6 & 12 months
• WCA: £42,000 + £1,000 increase after 12 months
• Up to 10% quality & performance bonus
• 12-week fully paid training programme
• No nights, weekends or bank holidays
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Up to 6% contributory pension
• Excellent progression opportunities

What you''ll do:

• Assess how health conditions affect daily living, mobility and/or capacity for work
• Conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments
• Review medical evidence and produce detailed reports for the DWP

Requirements: Minimum 1 year post-registration clinical experience, active NMC/HCPC/GPhC registration, strong assessment and communication skills, good IT and report-writing ability.

No previous Functional Assessor experience required.
