Adult Clinical Lead - Community Complex Care Clinical autonomy Adult complex care Norfolk and Suffolk 55,000- 60,000 + Company Car Are you an experienced Adult Clinical Lead, Complex Care Nurse or Community Nurse looking for a senior clinical position where you can have genuine ownership of your caseload? We are recruiting for an Adult Clinical Lead to oversee a manageable portfolio of adult complex care packages across Norfolk and Suffolk. This is a hybrid community-based position offering significant autonomy, a competitive salary of 55,000- 60,000 plus a company car, and the opportunity to join an established and growing complex care provider. As an Adult Clinical Lead, you will take clinical responsibility for approximately 8-10 packages, ensuring individuals with high-acuity and complex healthcare needs receive safe, effective and person-centred care within their own homes.
