The Adult Care Tutor and IQA ensures timely achievement, high-quality learning experiences, and compliance with awarding body, Ofsted, and regulatory requirements. The post-holder will use their sector expertise to support the professional development and career progression of team members through effective training and assessment. Key Responsibilities Assessment and Learner Support Deliver high-quality assessment using a range of methods, including observations, professional discussions, and work-based evidence. Support learners to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required by apprenticeship standards. Conduct progress reviews, set SMART targets, and provide coaching and constructive feedback.
