8.30 am to 5pm or 9am to 5pm, some flexibility

At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected training provider for an experienced Adult Care Assessor to support learners through structured assessment activities and ensure quality outcomes across Adult Care apprenticeship standards.

This Adult Care Assessor role involves working remotely to carry out assessment activities, professional discussions and learner reviews within agreed assessment windows, ensuring compliance and consistency across delivery.

Adult Care Assessor job role:
• Carrying out end point assessment activities and making decisions for apprenticeship standards for Adult Care Levels 2 and 3 as an Adult Care Assessor.
• Do not need end point experience as long as assessed in Adult Care Level 3 and assessor qualified.
• Conducting these online
• Professional discussions
• Carrying out assessments with the learners
• The appointments will be scheduled for you
• Agreeing a plan and schedule for each assessment activity for the end point window
• Write ups and report assessments

Essential requirements for the role:
• Must be Assessor qualified – such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33
• Must have own equipment, using own laptop and set up an email address
• Experience working as an Adult Care Assessor within Adult Care Level 2 or 3 is essential
