Adoption LeadWe are seeking an experienced Adoption Lead to drive platform and service adoption across Defence, enabling developers and teams to maximise value from modern digital capabilities.This is a key leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering a comprehensive adoption strategy while managing a multi-supplier team in a complex, high-impact environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a multi-supplier team of approximately 12 peopleOwn and deliver the Adoption workstream, ensuring strong uptake of platforms and servicesDevelop and execute adoption strategies to support developer enablement across DefenceDrive user engagement through effective communications and community-building initiativesOversee stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across multiple delivery teamsCoordinate user support and learning services to enhance user experience and capabilityMonitor adoption progress, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvementCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and alignment across programmesKey Skills andamp; ExperienceProven experience leading adoption, engagement, or change initiatives in complex organisationsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience managing multi-supplier or cross-functional teamsBackground in digital platforms, developer enablement, or technology transformation programmesAbility to define strategy and translate it into actionable delivery plansExperience in user support, ..... full job details .....
