Conduct customer discovery and assessment workshops Analyse customer environments, technical challenges, and business objectives Deliver accelerator engagements using Adobe-approved methodologies and playbooks Produce assessment reports, recommendations, roadmaps, and other customer deliverables Present findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders Collaborate with Adobe CSMs, TAMs, and Field Engineering teams Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements while maintaining high delivery quality standards Typical accelerator engagements may cover Technical Readiness, such as Troubleshooting''s, Solution Optimisation, Implementation and Go-Live Readiness, Upgrade or Migration Readiness, Adoption and enablement.
