Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Admissions Manager to join their team. This role is temp to perm and must be able to start immediately.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • To deal with all staff related processes
  • Manage all patient paperwork and administration
  • Attend daily meetings
  • Manage and develop a small team of Admissions Officers
  • Greet new patients & liaise with consultants and medical secretaries
  • Management of bad debts

Knowledge & Education & Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • General Education with GCSE or equivalent in maths and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office & SalesForce
  • Experience within an Admissions or support / clinical administrative position.
  • Healthcare experience desirable
  • Leadership skills and experience

Must be DBS cleared and be able to obtain referencing
