Admissions Administrator (Temporary Contract)Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working)Pay Rate: 13.45 per hourContract Duration: 29th June 2026 - 7th August 2026Full-time: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 30 minute lunch).We are currently recruiting for a temporary Admissions Administrator to join a busy and supportive team during a peak admissions period. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with high volumes of data and applications.The RoleYou will play a key role in supporting the onboarding of students onto professional programmes, ensuring applications are processed accurately and efficiently.Key responsibilities include:Reviewing applications against entry criteria, including English and Maths requirements Inputting information from application forms onto internal systemsPreparing and issuing conditional offer lettersDownloading and uploading applicant reports using internal systemsScheduling interviews through Microsoft BookingsSending communications to applicants using approved templatesMonitoring shared mailboxes and responding to routine enquiriesEscalating complex queries where appropriateMaintaining accurate records and ensuring all data is up to dateSupporting high-volume administrative processes during a busy admissions periodOther adhoc requirements to support the teamAbout YouWe are looking for someone who can quickly learn new processes and systems while ..... full job details .....
