The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Admissions Administrator to join our Central Admissions team until 31st December 2025.
This role is vital in ensuring a seamless admissions process and supporting our commitment to student satisfaction and partner collaboration.
You’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate student data, working with university partners, and helping applicants progress from enquiry through to arrival. This is a fast-paced role that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update student records and trackers in both our Admissions CRM and MS Excel.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across internal and external systems.
- Collaborate regularly with university partners to meet agreed service levels.
- Support the wider Admissions team by processing student applications and covering during absences or busy periods.
- Assist other product or regional teams within Admissions as needed.
- Provide timely, professional communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and uphold excellent service standards.
Person Specification
Essential:
- A Level education or above
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Professionalism and a strong customer service ethos
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Team player with a proactive attitude
Desirable:
- Experience using CRM systems or customer databases
- Experience in global business or education environments
- Understanding of international student recruitment processes
- Knowledge of the UK education systems and visa regulations
