Job Title: Admin/Receptionist

Contract Type: Monday to Friday 12.30 to 17.30
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and personable Admin/Receptionist to join our team. This is a key front-of-house role where you''ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting the wider team with essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the shared email inbox, filtering and forwarding messages as appropriate
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and office coordination
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
What We''re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A friendly, professional, and can-do attitude
