Administrator
WMS are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to provide short-term support to the Greatham site as it prepares for start-up operations.
This is a varied administration role, supporting the EHS team with data input and document updates to assist with compliance. If time allows, you may also support other site teams with general administrative duties.
The role would suit an organised, proactive and flexible administrator who is comfortable working with information, maintaining accurate records and supporting different departments in a busy site environment.
The Role
As Temporary Administrator, you will provide practical administrative support across a range of site activities. You will help maintain accurate records, organise documentation, support communication activity and respond to internal enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
You will work closely with the EHS team and other site departments, supporting day-to-day administration and ensuring information is handled accurately and confidentially.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will:
- Support the EHS team with data input and document updates to assist with compliance.
- Help maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and electronic files.
- Upload and organise documentation in central site systems.
- Support with site communication and engagement activities.
- Assist with general administration for site teams where required.
- Support meeting arrangements, stationery, travel, accommodation or other coordination tasks when needed.
- Respond to internal enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
- Handle information accurately and confidentially.
Candidate Requirements

- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
