Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team in Birstall. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, customer communication, and supporting a wide range of business functions - from credit control and invoicing to CRM updates, social media coordination, and general administrative support.

Up to -27,000 per annum

Fully Office Based

8.30-4.30 - Mon to Fri, 30 mins lunch



Key Responsibilities



Records & Systems:

  • Maintain and update both electronic and manual filing systems.

  • Identify and propose improvements to internal record-keeping and organisational processes.



CRM & Reporting:

  • Ensure all customer, financial, and operational data is accurately recorded in the company CRM system.

  • Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on finance, stock, and operations to senior management.



Marketing & Communications:

  • Collaborate with the UK & Ireland Sales Manager to manage and update the company website and social media content.

  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including product launches, digital campaigns, and email communications.



Customer, Credit Control & Accounts Support:

  • Build strong relationships with customers and accounts teams to ensure timely invoice generation, delivery, and payment.

  • Carry out credit control duties including monitoring outstanding debts, contacting customers regarding overdue payments, and maintaining accurate records of all payment activity.

  • Handle telephone calls with customers regarding payment follow-ups and general support queries.



Internal Support:

  • Assist service technicians with travel and accommodation bookings, including hotels and hire cars.

  • Liaise with internal departments to improve workflows and enhance the overall customer experience.
