The postholder will provide efficient, and effective administrative support to the Project Manager, CEO and centre staff under the direction of the Lead Administrator. They will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and provide excellent customer service. Salary: £26,824 per annum Location: 5 Chichester Park South, Belfast, BT15 5DW Hours of Work: 37.5 hrs per week Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-5pm, Tuesday 12.30pm-8.30pm and Friday 9am-4:30pm Due to the nature of the role, the post holder will be required to work one evening per week, see above.
