You will play a vital role in processing referrals, managing enquiries from partner agencies and providing high-quality administrative support to help ensure victims receive timely access to services. This role is full-time, based in London, with hybrid working arrangements available. Occasional travel across London may be required to attend meetings, training and service delivery activities.
