TS Recruitment are recruiting for an office administrator in Coventry for an established construction contractor

Benefits

• Basic salary circa £26,000 per annum
• Office hours 8.00am -5pm
• 40 hour working week
• Holiday pay (28 days per annum including bank holiday)
• Opportunity for a permanent position

Job Role & Responsibilities of the Administrator:

• All general office admin duties for a construction company
• Answering telephone enquiries and dealing with any queries
• Checking and filling site documents
• Ensure H&S compliance and relevant documents are up to date
• Liaise and work closely with the site team and commercial team
• Ensure the supply chain runs smoothly

Knowledge/Experience:

• Experience working as an administrator (preferably in construction)
• Proficient in Microsoft, including Excel and Word
• Good communicator both verbally and electronically
