Senior Administrator – Falmouth

Location: Falmouth, Cornwall
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: 21 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term until 31 August 2027, in the first instance
Salary: £29,071 – £30,515 pro rata

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrator to join a school in Falmouth on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and experienced school administrator who is confident working within a busy school environment and has strong knowledge of school administration systems.

• Previous experience working within a school or education setting

• Recent and demonstrable experience using Bromcom – essential

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience dealing professionally with pupils, parents/carers and staff

• Ability to manage confidential information appropriately

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload

• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

• A positive, professional and proactive approach

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

• Ability to build positive working relationships across the school community

• Providing effective administrative support across the school

• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office

• Maintaining accurate pupil and school records

• Communicating with parents, pupils and staff professionally

• Assisting with general school administration and correspondence

• Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information

• Supporting senior staff
