This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong administration skills and a customer-focused approach.Working closely with the sales and production teams, you will help ensure customer orders are processed accurately, production requirements are communicated effectively, and customers receive a professional and reliable service.This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied administrative position, is confident using IT systems and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities Process customer sales orders and update internal systems accurately.Assist with entering orders using the company''s product configuration system.Prepare production paperwork, labels and order packs.Check orders against quotations and previous orders to ensure accuracy.Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.Liaise with production teams regarding lead times and order progress.Keep customers informed of production updates and delivery expectations.Support the preparation of quotations, customer tenders and business reports.Provide general administrative support to the wider team when required.Maintain a tidy, ..... full job details .....
