Administrator – Temp | Location: Rossett (office-based) on public transport route from Wrexham or Chester | Pay: £13.45 per hour | Hours: 35.75 hours per week, Monday–Friday | Contract: Temporary until February 2027, with potential for extension | Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting for temporary Administrator based in Rossett, near Wrexham.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with good administration and IT skills who are available to start work at short notice.

The Role:

Working as part of a busy team, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing new applications and information.
• Transferring details from an online portal onto the organisation''s CRM system.
• Creating and updating information records.
• Checking information for accuracy and completeness.
• Carrying out general administrative and data-entry tasks.
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.

About You

We''re looking for candidates who have:

• Good general IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and administration.
• Good organisational skills.
• The ability to work efficiently and follow established processes.
• Previous Administrator or data-entry experience would be beneficial, although not essential.
