We''re looking for an experienced and motivated Administrator Team Leader to lead our administration function across the Herefordshire (West Midlands), supporting both our Opiate and Non-Opiate services. About the Role As Administrator Team Leader, you will oversee and support a county-wide administration team, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, responsive and high-quality service that underpins clinical operations. Working closely with service managers, clinicians and partner organisations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our services, helping our teams provide outstanding support to people affected by substance use.
